Civic Space Collaborative (CSC) provided event coordination services for Bike to the Sea’s annual Bike to the Sea Day. With the completion of a major section of the trail to celebrate, the Lawrence and Lillian Solomon Foundation provided additional support to ensure an exciting ribbon-cutting ceremony and day of activities, highlighted by a bike ride along the Northern Strand Community Path from Everett to Lynn.

CSC created promotional materials and gifts for attendees, including spoke cards and buttons. For the ribbon-cutting ceremony, a large gateway decorated with bright colors and beach balls welcomed riders at the start of the ride. Rest stops were set up at two locations to provide a break for participants. After the ride, five pop-up activity stations were set up – one for each host community – offering games, photo stations, and snacks.
